Here, you will take advantage of power training during individual workouts, creating some kind of tandem with me (your coach) and empowering you to concentrate on only one thing – your results.
I will make a deep analysis of your overall physical state and real potential to develop a regimen designed especially for you, considering your current health condition, possible injuries, restrictions, and nutrition.

My program combines power training, cardio workouts, and a proper nutrition plan for rapid weight loss while maintaining a healthy and great body shape! During power training, you burn mostly fat. During power training, you burn mostly fat, so if you are overweight, power training will quickly help you get rid of excess pounds.

In parallel with weight loss, you need to get your body in shape, tighten your skin, and train your muscles. A set of cardio exercises will help you with this. In addition to workouts in the gym, I will give you a set of exercises for home training.

Another component of efficient and healthy weight loss is nutrition. After analyzing your eating habits, I will create an individualized nutrition plan for you.
